Adriana Zuccala
Managing Director

Adriana is the Managing Director of Supra Capital. A qualified lawyer with extensive experience in the financial services, property and legal sectors, Adriana has spent the past decade operating contributory mortgage schemes and property development funds, as well as being general counsel of CGA Bryson. Prior to that she was a partner of a large national law firm, specialising in property development and financing. Adriana ensures the utmost diligence in all aspects of the business. As well as her role with Supra Capital, Adriana is a non-executive director of MS Limited.  Adriana’s former non-executive directorships include deputy chair of VincentCare Victoria and VincentCare Community Housing.

Belinda Magee
Chief Operating Officer

Belinda is the Chief Operating Officer at Supra Capital. Belinda is legally qualified and has nearly two decades of experience in property development and construction, as senior associate at a large national law firm, then as the commercial manager and general counsel of a prominent construction company. This experience allows Belinda to consider and resolve potential legal, construction and property development issues, whilst applying attention to detail to ensure operational quality controls are maintained and risks are properly managed.

Melissa Vo
Chief Financial Officer

Melissa is the Chief Financial Officer at Supra Capital. She is a Certified Practising Accountant with over 10 years’ experience providing accounting and taxation services. Melissa brings strong technical skills to her role as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for managing financial strategy and overseeing critical financial functions. Melissa also works collaboratively with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, solicitors, lenders, and borrowers.

Jillian Lazzara
Investor Services Manager

Jillian is the Investor Services Manager at Supra Capital. She has 15 years of experience working as a highly skilled business process analyst and project manager, primarily focused on relationship management. Jillian’s key strength is her ability to build and enhance relationships with the firm’s existing and prospective investors, and she has a proven track record of outstanding client engagement.

Chris Papadopoulos
Senior Investment Manager

Chris is a Senior Investment Manager at Supra Capital and is a highly experienced banking executive who previously worked at the ANZ Banking Group for almost two decades. As a senior member of ANZ’s Commercial Property team, he managed a significant portfolio which comprised of residential and commercial development transactions, as well as larger commercial investment deals. Chris brings strong technical property and credit analysis skills, along with an extensive property network.

Warren Membrey
Senior Investment Manager

Warren is a Senior Investment Manager at Supra Capital and is a highly experienced property professional, who previously worked at the Bank of Melbourne / Westpac Group for over 30 years. As a senior member of the Bank of Melbourne Property team he was responsible for sourcing and managing a variety of residential and commercial development projects including commercial investment transactions. Warren has specialised in construction and development lending for many decades and brings a wealth of knowledge in this area.

Matthew Golledge
Senior Investment Manager

Matt is a Senior Investment Manager at Supra Capital with two decades of experience in the banking and finance industry supporting projects located in Queensland.  Throughout the course of his career, including 14 years at Westpac, Matt has originated over $1b in property development and investment transactions and has been involved in the full spectrum of real estate funding.  This has included land subdivision across all sectors and residential, commercial, industrial, retail, office, childcare and service station, development and investment.  Matt brings a depth of understanding and experience in relation to all facets of real estate investment and development in Queensland.

David Distefano
Investment Manager

David is an Investment Manager at Supra Capital and is a highly experienced property professional who previously worked with the National Australia Bank for almost 10 years. As part of NAB’s Commercial Real Estate team, David developed and managed a large portfolio of key Commercial Property clients. David possesses a background of strong property credit risk fundamentals, stemming from his experience within the impaired asset department of the NAB, together with a vast network of stakeholders within the commercial property industry.

 

Anthony Neos
Assistant Investment Manager

Anthony is the Assistant Investment Manager at Supra Capital. He is a former business banking associate who previously worked at the NAB for almost 2 years.  Anthony commenced his time with the NAB through the Graduate Program and upon completion, then worked in the Business & Private division. Throughout his program, Anthony rolled out national projects, led teams, innovated processes and collaboratively worked with senior leaders to develop new initiatives.

Michael Happell
Chairman

Michael is Chairman of Supra Capital and member of the Credit Committee. He recently retired from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a partner for twenty-four years, including four years as chairman of the Australian firm. Whilst Michael was practising, he was widely recognised as one of Australia’s top tax advisors. His current roles include non-executive positions with the Melbourne Cricket Club, Breast Cancer Network Australia, My Prosperity and Financials Crimes Consulting Ltd.

Neil Bryson
Director

Neil is a Director of Supra Capital and member of the Credit Committee. He has an accomplished career in real estate, specialising in property development and investment. The last twenty years have seen Neil head CGA Bryson and the Bryson Group, managing operating divisions that included funds management, commercial property development and asset management. Neil’s approach has been to identify strategic opportunities and seek out innovative, best practice solutions in property development and investment.

Andrew is a Director of Supra Capital and a member of the Credit Committee. Following more than twenty years’ practising commercial law, Andrew held executive positions for a range of private companies and not-for-profit organisations, including directorship at CGA Bryson. He is currently Chairman of Althea Group Holdings Limited, the SEDA Group of Companies, a director of Golf Australia Limited and a commissioner of the Australian Football League (having recently retired as a chairman and president of the Hawthorn Football Club).
